Norm graduated from the University of Florida in 1981 with BS in Finance. He starting working for US Leasing out of San Francisco for the next 20 years with a concentration in sales and marketing. In 2001, Norm joined LaSalle Bank spending the last 5 years as Vice President in the leasing group. Over the past 30 years he has been involved in youth sports working with the Northside Youth Organization and Sandy Springs Youth Sports. He has coached a variety of sports including football, rugby, wrestling and basketball. He has been Vice Chairman of Inner Strength since 2003. He currently lives in Sandy Spring with his wife, Dana and their two children who attend Marist high School.
